Shipping policy

Shipping your quilt top to us. Put your quilt top and backing together in a plastic bag inside a sturdy box or padded mailer. Include a note with your name, address, and order number. Or, simply include a printed copy of your order confirmation. Please use tracking and consider shipping insurance. Shipping to us is your responsibility, including the cost and the risk. Shipping your finished quilt back to you. We ship with tracking. Standard return shipping is free anywhere in the continental U.S. If you would like it sooner, you can choose UPS 3 Day Select or UPS 2nd Day Air at checkout for a shipping and handling charge that depends on where you live. Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii is available for a flat shipping and handling charge shown at checkout. The faster options speed up the trip home only; your quilting turnaround stays the same. We do not yet ship outside the United States, to U.S. territories, or to military addresses.

Deposit orders. If you paid a 50% deposit, we invoice the balance when your quilt is finished, and we ship it once the balance is paid.

Turnaround. Standard turnaround is 4 weeks. Priority turnaround is 2 weeks for an additional $20. Turnaround starts when your quilt arrives, and times are estimates.

Local drop-off. Drop-off and pickup for Bear Lake locals are by appointment only. Idaho sales tax applies.
